End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (this "Agreement") is between you and Imakita Industry ("we", "us") and governs your use of the mokumokuren desktop application (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant​

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions​

You must not:

  • copy (except for backup), modify, or adapt the Software;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except as expressly permitted by law);
  • sell, rent, redistribute, or sublicense the Software;
  • remove or alter copyright or other proprietary notices;
  • circumvent Pro billing or feature gating.

3. Pro Features​

Certain features (draft ingestion, delivery, MCP integration) require an active Pro subscription, governed by the Terms of Service.

4. Updates​

The Software includes an auto-update mechanism. We may add, change, or remove features through updates.

5. Intellectual Property​

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Software are reserved by us or our licensors. Open-source components included in the Software are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Termination​

This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability​

The Software is provided "AS IS". Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Software. See also the Disclaimer.

8. Governing Law​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
