Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mokumokuren desktop application (the "App"), this website, and the Pro subscription (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Imakita Industry ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service​

The App displays the official web versions of multiple social networks (X / Bluesky / Threads / mixi2 / Substack) in a single window, and ingests, routes, and delivers post drafts created by external AI clients into each network's compose form. The App never auto-submits posts — the final send is always performed by you.

2. Accounts (Pro)​

  1. Pro features require account registration with an email address.
  2. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  3. We are not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of your account, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Pro Subscription​

  1. Pro is a paid recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never receive or store your card details.
  2. You may cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the App. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period.
  3. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.
  4. Pricing and feature composition may change with prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct​

You must not:

  • violate applicable laws or public order;
  • violate the terms of service of any social network (including spamming or circumventing automation limits);
  • interfere with the operation of the Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except as permitted by law);
  • resell or redistribute the Service;
  • circumvent billing or feature gating.

5. Intellectual Property​

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights beyond those set out in the EULA.

6. Third-Party Services​

  1. The App displays the official web versions of social networks; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those operators.
  2. Your use of each social network, Stripe, Google Firebase, GitHub, and other third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
  3. Changes made by third-party services may cause parts of the App to stop working.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability​

  1. The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction​

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
